 On
the ground floor we have the lounge and
dining area which overlooks our pride and
joy, the garden. It’s a well planted
garden designed for relaxing. The trees
and shrubs attract a variety of bird life
and we invite you to feed and look after
our resident robins, blackbirds, tits, thrushes,
and goodness knows what else. We supply
garden furniture for those relaxing spring
and summer evenings and garden lighting.
In fact you won’t want to come inside
when the weather is kind.
The lounge is tastefully decorated,
you have TV and DVD facilities, which we
doubt you will use because there’s
so much else to see and do! We have full
central heating, a feature gas fire to the
stone fireplace and the kitchen area has
an electric cooker and hob, washing machine,
fridge and a collection of crockery, cutlery
and items which some hotels would envy!
 We
have tried to cater for every comfort and
there is convertible furniture in the lounge
for extra people. WE can sleep five in total.
There is a superb double bedroom,
a single, both are equipped with wardrobes
and excellent quality beds and radiators,
and there is a bathroom with bath and shower
and a separate WC.
When you arrive at Sunshine Cottage
you will have a welcoming hamper containing
essentials and some tempting extras to give
you the start to what, we hope, is the perfect
holiday in our favourite village.
If you have problems during your
stay we are on hand to solve them. Our visitors’
book has full contact details for us, and
others, so your Haworth holiday goes without
a hitch.
